Exclusive apartments in the heart of Barcelona
with Open Views, High Ceilings, and Intelligent Layout
The perfect combination of past and future. Lancaster 16-18, originally built in 1900, is now being restored to a charming Obra Nueva project designed by Mano Architectura. The restoration is carried out by expert craftsmen using top-of-the-line materials and state-of-the-art construction techniques. Driven by the highest standards and meticulous attention to detail, it preserves the unique architectural character of the buildings while giving tenants a real sense of Barcelona’s old town charm combined with the comfort and luxury of the 21st century.
The buildings are located in Lancaster Street, a street parallel to La Rambla, behind The Gran Teatre del Liceu in close proximity to La Rambla, Palau Güell, Plaça Real, two subway stations, La Boquería Market, Plaza Cataluña and four universities.
El Raval quarter
A neighborhood in the Old City district of Barcelona, home to many bars, restaurants, and night spots.
Lancaster 16 has been approved both by Bitstamp and BBVA to sell its apartments and receive Crypto currency (Bitcoin, Ethereum etc…)
The buildings are located in the up and coming neighborhood of El Raval, which is adjacent to the old gothic quarter, south of La Rambla. Thanks to its central location and proximity to main tourist attractions, the neighborhood, which until recently was a poor one, is undergoing major changes in recent years: new art galleries, cool designer shops, restaurants and bars have been opened, and the new large B-corp project in process of construction next door is a part of the urban development of the area.
