Thanks to its central location and proximity to main tourist attractions, the neighborhood, which until recently was a poor one, is undergoing major changes in recent years: new art galleries, cool designer shops, restaurants and bars have been opened, and the new large B-corp project in process of construction next door is a part of the urban development of the area.
